I began collaborating with Dan and the Bring Your Own Laptop team in the spring of 2023. At that point, the company was grappling with achieving consistent growth following the pandemic and lacked a clear grasp of the factors influencing their fluctuating marketing metrics. They had built a loyal community and established Dan as one of the biggest Youtubers in the design niche. They were posed to capitalize on this huge growth opportunity.
We started the engagement by implementing a robust growth strategy including building the data foundations, implementing key website optimizations on primary pages, rolling out an A/B testing tool that allowed us to properly measure the impact of our changes. Lastly, we revamped the Youtube content strategy, revitalizing it as a core growth lever for the business.
